Dear GSWCF Community,
With Hurricane Milton approaching, we have decided to cancel and refund all programs, camp reservations, encampments and trainings starting October 7 through October 14. We will provide refunds for cancelled events, reservations and trainings and will communicate any rescheduled events once we reopen. We have prioritized our staff’s safety so please anticipate delays in responses this week. We appreciate your understanding during this time.

After the storm, we will send a message updating you on our Girl Scout community and our camps. In the meantime, access these resources for support and ways to help. Please Be Prepared – make sure to take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety.
We know this is a difficult time – most families in our council have faced numerous challenges in the past two weeks. After the storm, if there is any way your Girl Scout community can support you or a loved one, please email info@gswcf.org.
In the days ahead, we will help to remind you of the amazing ways our Girl Scouts use their courage, confidence and character to make the world a better place. I hope it will bring you a little sunshine during this stormy time.
