This position is designed to give anyone interested in taking more of a leadership role within the Service Unit the opportunity to work alongside an expert. You assist the current Service Unit Manager in their work, taking on specific aspects of the role as you get comfortable and prepare for your opportunity to lead.
As apprentice, you:
- Help plan and organize monthly leader meetings
- Support the Troop Consultant with the welcoming of new troop leaders
- Assist with different areas of the service unit to increase your understanding of the role
