Think of the Girl Scouts Brownie program as your one-stop shop when it comes to building your second or third grader’s social skills and confidence. As a Brownie, she’ll leave her comfort zone, meet new people, and experience personal growth!
Brownies learn how the world works, fall in love with the great outdoors, and share their interests—from bugs to ballet—with a small group of true friends. Along the way, Brownies try and explore new things, gain important social skills, and, of course, have a blast; they're excited to discover all they can do and be.

What Do Brownies Do?
- Find new ways to practice kindness and generosity.
- Earn special badges and pins to wear as a reminder of (and a way to show others!) all the new skills they’re learning.
- Learn tech basics that help keep them safe online.
- Learn about money management, marketing, and running their own business.
- Explore the outdoors and spend time in nature.
- Practice simple ways to protect our earth.
- Gain confidence and pride in their abilities and see how mistakes help us learn.
