Please join us at the 19th Annual Meeting of Girl Scouts of West Central Florida beginning at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 25. We will celebrate the successes of the past year, look to the year ahead, and elect and install our new At-Large Board of Directors, Girl Board Members and Board Development Committee Members.
This year’s annual meeting will be in-person at Hillsborough College – Brandon Campus at 10451 Nancy Watkins Drive, Tampa, Florida 33619.
Any registered member is invited to observe the Annual Meeting.

Annual Meeting Packet
In accordance with our GSWCF Bylaws, we will send the official notice and delegate packet on March 26 (i.e. 30 days prior to the meeting). In that packet, voting delegates will receive the official slate of candidates, standing rules, and the process for designating an Alternate Delegate.
