Join us on April 26, 2025 to celebrate the successes of the past year and look toward the year ahead at GSWCF's 18th Annual Meeting. We anticipate more than 200 council volunteers and employees from throughout our organization’s eight-county footprint will attend the meeting to affirm and celebrate their support of girls, as well as elect and install the new GSWCF Board of Directors, Board Development Committee members, Girl Board members and National Delegates. Annual Meeting Packet
In accordance with our GSWCF Bylaws, we will send the official notice and delegate packet on March 27 (i.e. 30 days prior to the meeting). In that packet, voting delegates will receive the official slate of candidates, standing rules, and the process for designating an Alternate Delegate.
