Girl Scouts of West Central Florida relies on nearly 8,500 dedicated, enthusiastic adults to lead troops, help at camp, facilitate workshops for girls, facilitate girl programs and more. We would not function without the contributions of our committed volunteers.

There are many colunteer opportunities for adults in Girl Scouting. From working a few hours at an event to leading girls in a troop once or twice a month — there are many options available to you. We are grateful for your support.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Troop Leaders
Work with other bright, creative people as a team to guide girls in growing leadership skills and having fun. A troop leader coordinates and organizes the meeting activities, works with girls and engages families.

Assistant Troop Leader
Adults in a Co-op troop leader role partner to share responsibility and leadership for the meeting activities and troop support roles with other co-op troop leaders.
