Join us for an Ohana Charm It! Jewelry Workshop at the Tampa
Leadership Center!
This interactive event lets Girl Scouts
create their own Charm It! bracelet. Our theme is Ohana (family) is
Girl Scouts. They will receive a lovely floral bracelet with choices
of Stitch teamed charms. In addition to assembling our Charm It!
Bracelet, we will make other bracelets with supplies that are provided.
How It Works
Select your Stitch charms
Pick your favorite Stitch friend from our selection. Select a
charm of your choice. You will have the opportunity to select a total
of 3 charms for your new bracelet.
Fun for All
Once you've made your selections, we will all sit down together
and assemble your new bracelet. You will then have the chance to make
a bracelet for a friend or family member. Whether you're attending
with your troop, celebrating a special occasion, or just want to build
a new accessory, everyone is welcome.
Cost
$30 per participant
The $30 fee is applied toward the
purchase of your Charm It! Bracelet and charms. Each girl will also
receive a Fun patch for attending the program.
Event Policies
* Charm It! Workshops are not drop-off events. All girls must
attend with a chaperone.
* Please plan to arrive 15 minutes
early so we can get the fun started right on time.
* Walk-ins
will be accommodated based on availability for each session.
Refunds & Cancellations
There are no refunds. Reservations may be canceled by
contacting info@gswcf.org. Charm It! charms and accessories may not be
returned or exchanged after purchase.
Council Credit
Council Dough earned through the Product Program may be used
toward the cost of additional charms in store. For details on how to
apply Council Dough, please contact info@gswcf.org
Participants
Anyone who wants to build a Charm It! bracelet may pay the $30
fee at registration. Adults, friends and siblings are welcome if they
pay and register.
Event Registration Guidelines:
Events must be paid in full with a credit/debit card to
complete the registration process and immediately secure your spot.
Council programs and events can be paid for by redeeming your Girl
Scout's Council Dough/Council Credit, by selecting "Program
Credit" during check out, but this process does not guarantee
your spot in the program due to the two to three days of processing
time. To ensure your spot is secured at the time of registration, it
is recommended that you pay for the event using a credit/debit card
and then email info@gswcf.org or call 813-281-4475 to apply credits to
the order and reimburse your card. You will be asked to provide the
event name, attendees' name(s), and the amount of credits you'd like
to apply. For this event we cannot accept Program Credit/Girl
Reward.
Adult Chaperones:
All girls are welcome to attend this event but must be
accompanied by a registered adult member. If the adult is not her
parent/guardian, the chaperone must also have a valid background
check.
Adults must register for this event if they will be
attending.
Leaders who register for this event as a troop
activity must adhere to only bringing enough adults to provide
girl/adult safety ratio as described in Volunteer Essentials.
Confirmation Email:
Will be sent out prior to the event's start date. Please refer
to the confirmation email for any required forms/waivers. Please
print, complete, sign, and bring with you to check-in at the event. If
you are not attending with your Girl Scout, please be sure to send the
completed documents with her or the chaperone in charge.
Refund/Cancellation Guidelines:
* All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via
email and sent directly to info@gswcf.org.
* There will be no refunds
or transfers for no-shows. There will be no refunds for bears that
were built at the event.
* Event registration refund requests
received on or after 7/24/2026 will not be eligible
for a refund, except in extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case
request.
* There is no waitlist for this event. GSWCF Program
events are first come, first serve. If the event is sold out, we
encourage you to check back at a later time for future
availability.
**We are unable to match or offer discounts
that you may find on the official Build-A-Bear website or in a full
Build-A-Bear Workshop. Our merchandise selection is subject to
change based on availability or season.
