Get ready for the ultimate night of adventure, excitement, and fun! At the #BestNightEver WonderWorks Lock-In, you and your fellow Girl Scouts will take over WonderWorks Orlando for an unforgettable evening. Don't expect to get much sleep while you're having this much fun. Dive into over 100 interactive exhibits, enjoy unlimited laser tag, tackle the ropes course, conquer arcade games, ride thrilling attractions, and embark on a scavenger hunt. Plus, each Girl Scout will take home an exclusive WonderWorks fun patch as a keepsake from their epic night.

This one-of-a-kind event is packed with non-stop activities that will keep you exploring, climbing, playing, and laughing until the early hours. The building remains open to the public until midnight, but from midnight to 3:00 AM it's all Girl Scouts with exclusive access to exhibits and activities. All exhibits will close at 3:00 AM.

The excitement kicks off with check-in from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. At 10:30 PM everyone will enjoy an unlimited pizza dinner and a hilarious 30-minute comedy magic show. After the show, Girl Scouts are free to explore all the exciting activities WonderWorks has to offer. Whether you're soaring through the ropes course (don't forget your closed-toe shoes), showing off your laser tag skills, or racking up points in the arcade, this lock-in guarantees endless thrills and unforgettable memories. Activities wind down at 3:00 AM, and sleeping areas will be available after dinner for participants who prefer to rest earlier. A light breakfast will be served from 6:00 AM, and departure will take place between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM.

Important:
Waivers must be completed prior to arrival in order to participate in ropes course activities. Closed-toe shoes are required. Show your wristband at the WonderWorks Gift Shop to receive a 10% discount on in-store purchases. Additional activities, food, and drink may be available for purchase during the event. Parking is not included in the event price and is a separate cost. Experiences are subject to change at the discretion of the venue.

 

Event Registration Guidelines:
Events must be paid in full with a credit/debit card to complete the registration process and immediately secure your spot.
Council programs and events can be paid for by redeeming your Girl Scout's Program Credit/Council Dough/Council Credit, by selecting "Program Credit" during check out, but this process does not guarantee your spot in the program due to the two to three days of processing time. To ensure your spot is secured at the time of registration, it is recommended that you pay for the event using a credit/debit card and then email info@gswcf.org or call 813-281-4475 to apply credits to the order and reimburse your card. You will be asked to provide the event name, attendees' name(s), and the amount of credits you'd like to apply.

Adult Chaperones:
All girls are welcome to attend this event but must be accompanied by a registered adult member. If the adult is not her parent/guardian, the chaperone must also have a valid background check.
Adults must register for this event if they will be attending.
Leaders who register for this event as a troop activity must adhere to only bringing enough adults to provide girl/adult safety ratio as described in Volunteer Essentials.

Confirmation Email:
Will be sent out prior to the event's start date. Please refer to the confirmation email for any required forms/waivers. Please print, complete, sign, and bring with you to check-in at the event. If you are not attending with your Girl Scout, please be sure to send the completed documents with her or the chaperone in charge.

Refund/Cancellation Guidelines:
* All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email and sent directly to info@gswcf.org.
* There will be no refunds or transfers for no-shows.
* Refund requests received on or after 6/14/2026 will not be eligible for a refund, except in extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case request.
