Meet Jennifer Bizzoco and Shalonda Davis. These two amazing troop
leaders were nominated by their peers for their dedication and
outstanding leadership. Troop leaders work hard every day to deliver a
high quality Girl Scout Leadership Experience for girls.

What are three things you wish you could tell yourself when you first became a troop leader?
1. Plan as much as you can in advance.
2. Remember that these girls look up to you for guidance, like they would a teacher.
3. Not everyone will become best friends and that's ok. There is a lot of diversity.
What are your two favorite things about being a Troop Leader?
1. Having a troop of girls excited to learn something new and being the one to teach them.
2. Going on camping trips.
What is one of your favorite Girl Scouts memories?
Our very first camping trip as a Daisy troop. Most of them have never gone camping before and it was really cool to see how excited they were being in nature and watching me build a fire.

1. Making memories.
2. I love to see smiles on the girls faces.

Our sleepover at the leadership center last year. ☺️
