Service Unit Fall Product or Cookie Managers clearly articulate the benefits available to troops participating in product programs and provide the support needed for troops to reap those benefits. They also:
- Work in partnership with troop product program volunteers on goal setting and planning.
- Ensure accurate tracking of cookie and/or fall product sales.
- Provide positive encouragement, technical support and good old-fashioned advice to participating troop volunteers.
- Provide support, resources and tools to troop leaders.
