Cookie Kindness — Extending the Impact
The Girl Scout Cookie Program is successful when we all join the mission to build girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place. This season, more than 1.8 million boxes of cookies were purchased in the West Central Florida area. However, Girl Scouts of West Central Florida (GSWCF) still has inventory in its warehouses, providing an opportunity to extend our impact.
For a limited time, GSWCF is launching Cookie Kindness, an initiative recognizing the strength and courage of Girl Scouts supporting the impact of community service. It’s an opportunity to increase donated Girl Scout Cookies to worthy causes, support troop goals and celebrate a successful cookie season.
We strive to continue elevating the many positive benefits of the Girl Scout Cookie Program and participation in Girl Scouts. As this is an extension of the Gift of Caring program, involvement in Cookie Kindness is for troops and Juliettes (independently registered girls) who participated in the 2024 cookie season.
Troops earn $2 for each box of Gift of Caring for Cookie Kindness.
Juliettes (independently registered girls) earn Council Credit, based on a range of cookie sales. Below is the Council Credit chart for the Cookie Kindness initiative:
Earned troop proceeds will be paid by ACH deposit by Thursday, June 20.
Juliettes who earn Council Credit will receive an email with their Council Credit balance by June 20.
