Come help us celebrate the grand opening of GSWCF's new Wonders of Water Educational Hub at Camp Indian Echo!
The Wonders of Water educational area offers a unique opportunity for girls in grades K-12 to dive deep into the fascinating world of water. Girls will explore the water cycle, understand the origins of Camp Indian Echo’s drinking water, and learn how to test and examine different water sources around the camp.
Not only will event attendees receive first access to the Wonders of Water educational area, all are invited to participate in an educational water hike, take a guided or self-guided tour of the camp property, and walk away with an EXCLUSIVE PATCH. Girl Scout Brownies who complete the activities will earn their Wonders of Water Journey.
This event promises to be a fantastic blend of fun, learning and community spirit. Tickets are just $2 to attend.
“We are incredibly excited to unveil the Wonders of Water educational hub at Camp Indian Echo,” said GSWCF CEO Mary Pat King. “This new space will open doors for our girls to explore and understand the vital role water plays in our world and the importance of source water protection. We are deeply grateful to Tampa Bay Water for their generous support, which has made this project possible. We can't wait to see the positive impact this hub will have on our girls and the community.”
