Volunteer Leadership Rally is an event dedicated to service unit team members and troop leaders as we celebrate the start of a new Girl Scout year. This exciting day offers opportunities to network with fellow Girl Scout volunteers, attend workshops designed to enhance your volunteer experience, and honor our council’s national award recipients. View last year’s event album.
Start the day by honoring volunteers during our annual Volunteer Awards ceremony, spotlighting individuals recognized by their peers for outstanding service to GSWCF. Then, immerse yourself in two engaging workshops packed with valuable information to support and strengthen your volunteer role—whether you are a troop leader or service unit team member.
Returning this year: open seating for all workshops (no pre-registration required) and no separate class tracks!
Visit our Hall of Experience for a more interactive and in-depth opportunity to explore topics that spark your interest. The event will close with a celebration honoring service units that achieved their MY26 goals and earned the CEO Award of Excellence.
This year’s event is sure to be out of this world!
