Step into the Strategy Lab at Dave & Buster's Play Academy - where every game is a chance to learn, test, and think like a strategist!

This STEAM-accredited, educator-backed experience challenges Girl Scouts to develop, adapt, and apply strategic thinking while playing their way through exciting arcade-style lessons. Girls will learn how to plan their moves, test new ideas, and adjust their strategies in real time - all while having fun in a high-energy, game-filled environment. It's all about learning how to beat the game - and building confidence through smart play!

Event Includes:

$20 Power Card

Food: French Fries, Seasonal Fruit, Unlimited Fountain Drinks, Pepperoni & Ultimate Cheese Pizza, Smashed Burger Sliders, Garlic Butter Pretzel Sticks, and Crispy Chicken Bites.

Unlimited Video Game Play Add-On:
Power Cards with Unlimited Video Game Play are valid for non-redemption games only. Your unlimited play begins at the first swipe of the Power Card and continues until the location closes on the day of your event. Ticketed, specialty, and crane games require chips from the game card.

Arcade Fun Patch

Adults Welcome: Adults attending will receive the same event inclusions as girls.

Extended Play: Participants are welcome to stay and continue playing after the event ends at 12 PM; however, you will need to move outside of the reserved rooms.

Event Registration Guidelines:
Events must be paid in full with a credit/debit card to complete the registration process and immediately secure your spot.
Council programs and events can be paid for by redeeming your Girl Scout's Program Credit/Council Dough/Council Credit, by selecting "Program Credit" during check out, but this process does not guarantee your spot in the program due to the two to three days of processing time. To ensure your spot is secured at the time of registration, it is recommended that you pay for the event using a credit/debit card and then email info@gswcf.org or call 813-281-4475 to apply credits to the order and reimburse your card. You will be asked to provide the event name, attendees' name(s), and the amount of credits you'd like to apply.

Adult Chaperones:
All girls are welcome to attend this event but must be accompanied by a registered adult member. If the adult is not her parent/guardian, the chaperone must also have a valid background check.
Adults must register for this event if they will be attending.
Leaders who register for this event as a troop activity must adhere to only bringing enough adults to provide girl/adult safety ratio as described in Volunteer Essentials.

Confirmation Email:
Will be sent out prior to the event's start date. Please refer to the confirmation email for any required forms/waivers. Please print, complete, sign, and bring with you to check-in at the event. If you are not attending with your Girl Scout, please be sure to send the completed documents with her or the chaperone in charge.
