Come join us for Sisters' Retreat 2025! This option is for
those who want the full camp experience and will stay overnight on
FRIDAY and SATURDAY. We will have a variety of activities planned that
you can enjoy and take back to your troops and Service Units. Based
on feedback from last year's retreat we have some amazing sessions in
mind.
Join in on the classes or take a self-led hike
along the many trails at camp looking for letterboxes. Participate in
long-time traditions like swaps, campfire ashes, and a flag retirement
ceremony. We will be bringing back campfire with S'mores and some
other fun campfire dessert options. Test your archery skills and see
if you can score a bullseye. We will also have some amazing silent
auction baskets so bring your loose bills or checkbook or Credit card.
All funds raised benefit your family partnership at council or Marion
County Events provide memberships, event fees or support to a troop in
need.
Don't wait to sign up, spots for this fun-filled
weekend fill up fast.
Participants are required to wear
close-toed shoes.
Participants should bring a full, refillable water bottle.
Snacks and meals are provided with registration.
All participants attending this event must complete and return
the required forms before the start of the event.

Confirmation Email:
Will be sent out two weeks before the event start date.
Important: The confirmation email will includes required
prework, packing lists, trainer contact information and other
important details need to prepare for the day of the training.
Refund/Cancellation Guidelines:
* All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via
email and sent directly to info@gswcf.org
* There will be no
refunds or transfers for no-shows. Please refer to the training
description for information regarding potential no-show fees.
*
Refund requests received on or after 10/3/2025 will
not be eligible for a refund, except in extenuating circumstances on a
case-by-case request.
