Service Unit Product Program Managers clearly articulate the benefits available to troops participating in product sales programs and provide the support needed for troops to reap those benefits. They also:
- Work in partnership with troop product sales volunteers on goal setting and planning.
- Ensure accurate tracking of cookie and fall product sales.
- Provide positive encouragement, technical support and good old-fashioned advice to participating troop volunteers.
- Provide support, resources and tools to troop cookie chairs.
