Cookie/Fall Managers

Service Unit Product Program Managers can clearly articulate the benefits available to troops participating in the council product sales programs and provide the support needed for troop to reap those benefits. They also: 


Working in partnership with the Troop product sales volunteers to help with goal setting and planning.


Ensure accurate online tracking of cookie and fall product sales.


Provide positive encouragement, technical support, and good old-fashioned advice to troop volunteers participating in the product programs.


Provide support, resources and tools to the Troop Cookie Chair.
