This is an ADULT REQUIRED event. You must provide chaperoning for your child in one of two ways:

1) You chaperone you own child/children (must be related for only 1 adult to attend)

2) Unrelated children/troops must be chaperoned by at least TWO unrelated, background checked and registered volunteers and additional background checked and registered volunteers as described in Volunteer Essentials. Adults will not participate in the activities. All adults attending must register for this event. All participating girls and adults must complete the required forms.

 Learn about using wood as a crafting material and practice working with hand tools. Make a project for yourself using your new woodworking skills!

Take a tour of the Tampa Hackerspace wood shop to learn about the different kinds of power tools makers use and why.

Closed-toe shoes required. Scouts will not be operating power tools. Includes cost of the Woodworker badge.
