Though it is possible for Girl Scouts from all over Florida and beyond to register for GSWCF events, you may have difficulties doing it through our website as your membership information is confidential and we don't have access to it. If you do encounter any issues, please contact your local council so they can help you with the process.

We can only display a few of our many great events on this page at a time, so some of the events that are open for registration can only be found using the search bar below.

Still can't find it? Sometimes our events don’t show up on this list right away, but you can always find them by logging into MyGS and searching there.

Planning an event for your Troop?

In addition to our council planned events, you can also arrange an event for your troop by using our County Resource Guides! Each guide has a list of resources in each area that provide engaging activities that will help you customize your troop's Girl Scout experience!

Do you see a program your troop would love to participate in, but the date conflicts with your schedule? 

Fill out our new Program Request Form and we will reach out to our program partners to see if they can accommodate your troop's schedule. Upon receipt of you form, a member of the program and events team will contact you within 10 days.

Attend a camp tour where you can check out camper housing, meet a horse (and take pictures with them!), and get your questions answered by our camp director before registering for camp. 

Robots that Care!, 3/13/21, 10:00 AM

AR, B, J Will your robot do chores, assist patients, or clean the environment? Whatever challenge you choose to solve -- learn the basics of coding and design a robot that helps! All participants will receive a MOSI 2021 fun patch. This event closes for registration on 2/28/2021.

Snacks for the Outdoors, 3/14/21, 1:00 PM

Camp Crafts, 3/20/21, 10:00 AM

Love crafts? Miss camp? Get in a little of both while we work on a few campy projects together. You'll receive a packet of supplies for this program. We'll work on a beady buddy, a kite, a bookmark, and a woven bracelet. Some simple supplies from home may be required. This program closes for registration on 3/14/2021. All cancellation and refund requests must be recieved in writing by this date.

Spend some time learning about our little friends in the forest. You’ll learn about bug biology, meet some up close, and craft your very own bug home! Girls will also get to speak to an Entomologist! Girls will complete the Brownie Bugs Badge during this program. You will receive a mailer with program supplies inside.

Horseback riding is for all girls! Girls of all abilities are invited to Camp Wildwood on March 18 to learn from Laurietta Oakleaf, an aspiring Para-Olympic Dressage rider. Laurietta will inspire girls by sharing her unique story and teach them how to have self-confidence, celebrate themselves, and follow their dreams. This program is also a great learning opportunity for those who have an interest in working with girls with special needs

For those who had difficulty in registering the past three days, we understand your frustrations and want to assure you we are responding to each and every question as quickly as possible while simultaneously working to improve the registration process. Just off St. Joseph Sound, nestled among teeming mangroves and walls of lush pine you’ll find the beautiful 48-acre Camp Wai Lani. Offering overnight, daycamp, and counselor in training programs, Camp Wai Lani offers every girl a safe and exciting summer of making memories.

Camp Wildwood is where inquisitive adventurers can explore hundreds of acres (589 in total) of Florida old-growth forest. Hike or ride horseback on piney trails as you wind your way through palmetto-lined, oakcovered canopies. Jump into the swimming pool, visit our amazing Griffin Nature Center, or, when enrolled in a specialty horse camp, spend a portion of your day with your favorite horse in our premier equestrian program.

Come relax, unwind, and connect as a family at beautiful Camp Wai Lani or Camp Wildwood.  Take part in camp activities led by staff including archery, nature hikes, and cooking classes. Take advantage of special child-only and adult-only activities, cool off at the pool, and much more! This 3-day, 2-night camp includes meals, snacks, and all activities. All ages are welcome. Girl Scout membership is required for adults and girls in grades K–12. Siblings are welcome and do not require membership
