Though it is possible for Girl Scouts from all over Florida and beyond to register for GSWCF events, you may have difficulties doing it through our website as your membership information is confidential and we don't have access to it. If you do encounter any issues, please contact your local council so they can help you with the process.

We can only display a few of our many great events on this page at a time, so some of the events that are open for registration can only be found using the search bar below.

Still can't find it? Sometimes our events don’t show up on this list right away, but you can always find them by logging into MyGS and searching there.

Planning an event for your Troop?

In addition to our council planned events, you can also arrange an event for your troop by using our County Resource Guides! Each guide has a list of resources in each area that provide engaging activities that will help you customize your troop's Girl Scout experience!

Do you see a program your troop would love to participate in, but the date conflicts with your schedule? 

Fill out our new Program Request Form and we will reach out to our program partners to see if they can accommodate your troop's schedule. Upon receipt of you form, a member of the program and events team will contact you within 10 days.

Adult Training: Advanced Outdoor Cooking - Dutch Oven Extreme, 3/20/21, 11:00 AM

Advanced Outdoor Cooking Training for adults and one girl (this is not a troop training). The skills taught to both the adult and girl are intended to encourage more girl participation in advanced outdoor cooking skills. This class will focus on the theme of using Dutch ovens for EVERYTHING . Well most everything! Find out how to use a Dutch oven to cook more than just a Dump Cake! *Pre-requisites: BOLT* This program closes for registration 3/7/2021. All cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing by this date.  Training Location:  GSWCF Camp Indian Echo, Hudson.

Camp Crafts, 3/20/21, 1:30 PM

Love crafts? Miss camp? Get in a little of both while we work on a few campy projects together. You'll receive a packet of supplies for this program. We'll work on a camp-themed keepsake box, a tie-dye bandana, and hanging hoop art. Some simple supplies from home may be required. This program closes for registration on 3/14/2021. Horseback riding is for all girls! Girls of all abilities are invited to Camp Wildwood on March 18 to learn from Laurietta Oakleaf, an aspiring Para-Olympic Dressage rider. Laurietta will inspire girls by sharing her unique story and teach them how to have self-confidence, celebrate themselves, and follow their dreams. This program is also a great learning opportunity for those who have an interest in working with girls with special needs

Adult Training: Pottery Wheel Techniques, 4/25/21, 10:00 AM

Adults learn how to use a pottery wheel for working with Cadette, Senior & Ambassador girls (only). Pre-requisite of Kiln Certification required. This program closes for registration 4/11/2021. Adult Training: Advanced Outdoor Cooking - Low Impact Cooking, 4/25/21, 11:00 AM

Advanced Outdoor Cooking Training for adults and one girl (this is not a troop training). The skills taught to both the adult and girl are intended to encourage more girl participation in advanced outdoor cooking skills. This class will focus on Low Impact Cooking and Expanding your cooking skill-set using solar & box ovens, for cooking complete meals. There will be a demonstration of how to make the ovens too! Adult Pre-requisite: BOLT This program closes for registration 4/11/2021. Career Cafe, 5/15/21, 10:00 AM

The Career Cafe empowers women to be strong, bold, and successful. Started in 2017 as a Girl Scout Gold Award Project, the Career Cafe is a job hunting skills workshop for all young women in High School or College.

This class will focus on the theme of Trashcan Cooking for Large Groups. Did you ever think you could use a (new) trashcan to cook in? This class will focus on cooking trashcan style and include outdoor cooking fun and delicious foods to make for a large troop/group. *Pre-requisites: BOLT* This program closes for registration 5/9/2021. Camp Wildwood is where inquisitive adventurers can explore hundreds of acres (589 in total) of Florida old-growth forest. Hike or ride horseback on piney trails as you wind your way through palmetto-lined, oakcovered canopies. Jump into the swimming pool, visit our amazing Griffin Nature Center, or, when enrolled in a specialty horse camp, spend a portion of your day with your favorite horse in our premier equestrian program.

Come relax, unwind, and connect as a family at beautiful Camp Wai Lani or Camp Wildwood.  Take part in camp activities led by staff including archery, nature hikes, and cooking classes. Take advantage of special child-only and adult-only activities, cool off at the pool, and much more! This 3-day, 2-night camp includes meals, snacks, and all activities. All ages are welcome. Girl Scout membership is required for adults and girls in grades K–12. Siblings are welcome and do not require membership
