Enter the “Guardians of the Bay” Contest!

Implement a project to help the Tampa Bay environment in your own home, neighborhood or school and win exciting prizes! For example, you could organize a litter clean-up, or build and install bird-nesting boxes along a waterway, or plant a Florida-friendly garden in your yard.

There are dozens of ways Girl Scouts can make a difference in the health of our bay – we want to hear about an idea YOU developed and carried out!

WHO CAN ENTER: Kids between 8 and 14 years of age, who live in Hillsborough, Manatee or Pinellas counties.

The deadline for entering the contest is April 18, 2008. Winners will be announced in May. Winners will receive a framed certificate and fabulous prizes!
