How to… Register for Council-Sponsored Program Events!

Interested in an upcoming event? We want to be sure you register in time!

To ensure your placement in upcoming council-sponsored program events, please be sure to register and pay in full; we cannot reserve your space otherwise. Registration is easy – just complete the Event Sign Up Form and mail it, along with your payment, to Girl Scouts of West Central Florida, P.O. Box 18066, Tampa, FL 33679-8066. You may also fax your registration and credit card information to our secure fax at (813) 262-1794 or register online at www.gswcf.org. Please remember, payment must accompany the completed form to secure your spot.

Registration for all GSWCF events closes two weeks prior to the scheduled event or when the maximum number of registrations for that particular event are received. Many events fill up fast, so don’t delay in sending in your registration form and payment! An e-mail confirmation will be sent prior to the event(s) you’ve registered for with details on what to bring, phone numbers and additional important information.

Refunds will be made available only when an event is filled or cancelled due to lack of registrations. If an event is cancelled, those who registered will be notified 3 weeks prior to the scheduled event date. If severe weather conditions should dictate a change in event location or date, all registered participants will be notified.
