Girl Scouts of West Central Florida provides personal growth and leadership development programs for girls in Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Marion, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk and Sumter counties. Here are a few ways you can help make this possible:

Troop Sponsorship

Troop sponsors can provide meeting space, manuals, arts and crafts materials, assistance for special trips, camper opportunities and more. This is a great way to support the important programs for girls provided through Scouting.

Girl Sponsorships

Did you know Girl Scouts of West Central Florida provides Girl Scouting opportunities for girls and young women whose situation is often difficult and in need? Our council provides Girl Scouting opportunities in homeless shelters, facilities for young offenders, inner city housing areas, migrant and other underserved neighborhoods. All girls need the leadership and character building opportunities Girl Scouting affords.

Camp Scholarships

Every girl needs the experience resident camp provides. Leadership, environmental stewardship, self-reliance and team work are but a few of the valuable lessons girls learn while at resident camp. Your gift to sponsor girls who otherwise could not afford resident camp helps shape tomorrow’s leaders.

WINGS Endowment Fund – We Invest in Girl Scouting

Continue the legacy of Girl Scouting for future generations. Donations to WINGS will provide endowed funds to help all girls, now and in years to come, realize their true potential as tomorrow’s leaders in their communities.
