Immediate Certification
Starting in September, completion certificates for all Girl Scout adult learning courses are issued at the conclusion of the course (excluding CPR/FA and other certifications such as small craft safety or archery).  You will no longer have to wait to get your certificate via e-mail or U.S. mail!

No Show Blues
We’ve got the “no show blues”…  Did you know that approximately 35 percent of the volunteers who register for a training don’t attend? Please remember that although many trainings are offered free of charge, it is not actually free to the council. Staff and volunteer time are spent on registrations, confirmations, materials, gas, travel time, etc.  Please be considerate of the staff and volunteer time that goes into facilitating trainings and only register for trainings you plan to attend.

“When Sally Met Girl Scouts”
Check out the Girl & Adult Leadership Development department’s production of “When Sally Met Girl Scouts” on our new YouTube channel! This is a great resource for volunteers to direct interested volunteers to as a fun and informative video about the Girl Scout volunteer process.

It’s Your Planet – Love It!

Join us Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 27 – 28 at Camp Wildwood for a variety of workshops centered on the environment, outdoor skills and Leave No Trace. Workshops will run during the day on Saturday; overnight accommodations are available for those who want to make it a getaway! Register today!
