Say Cheese…Girl Scout Store Photo Contest Voting NOW!
Thank you to everyone who submitted entries to our first photo
contest. Now it’s time to vote for your favorite photo. Visit your
nearest Girl Scout Store location and look at all of the entries,
and vote for your favorite! Send in your friends and fellow troop
members to vote for your photo, or judge them on artistic merit.
Remember – both girls and adults were eligible to enter the contest.
The contest ends at the end of February, so come in and vote today!
Look for the winning photo to be on display in your store next
month.
It’s Cookie Time!
This year’s cookie program is in full swing and your Girl Scout
Stores have all the accessories you need for a successful direct
sale. Consider one of the green fabric tablecloths for your cookie
booth – they really add a professional touch. Don’t forget the “Ask
me about Girl Scout Cookies” car magnets to help generate business.
New cookie shirts are in stores now – they are a vibrant teal blue
and remind us that “Everyone in the World Loves Girl Scout Cookies,”
and retail at $13 in sizes for all. If you eat, sleep and breathe
cookies this time of year, consider the cookie pjs in girl sizes, or
maybe the newly designed cookie jar – we know you’ll love the fun
new design. Don’t forget a gift of appreciation for those special
cookie moms (and dads) we can’t live without.

Girl Scout Thinking Day 2009 patches are in stock now; please
call ahead for large quantities. Cookie pins and Gift of Caring
patches are also available. We will be happy to fill large orders –
just give us a heads up so we make sure to have enough in stock for
you!
