Hunger 101

CPR/First Aid Certification

Location: Family Fundamentals, Lakeland

Registration closes Feb. 4 - $40/adult -This course teaches hands on skills and training for basic Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) including Adult, Child, and Infant, with use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator). The American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) is endorsed by the American Heart Association (AHA) and adheres to guidelines for cardiovascular care (ECC). First Aid includes treatment recommendations for Emergency action using Universal precautions with emphasis on environmental safety.

Registration closes Feb. 7 - $40/adult - This course provides knowledge and skills for emergency life-saving techniques involving infants, children, and adults. Respiratory and cardiovascular distress, non-breathing, unconsciousness, choking, and cardiac arrest will be addressed. Examinations are included in the course content. Participants receive an EMS Safety Services certificate upon successful completion of the CPR / AED and/or the First Aid exam.

Perfectly Imperfect Photography
