Interviewer Training – Spring Hill

Volunteer interviewers play an important role in the volunteer screening process by conducting face-to-face interviews with prospective Girl Scout volunteers. In this training, interviewers will learn tips for conducting effective interviews and how to determine whether or not a candidate is appropriate for the position for which she/he is applying.
