Horse Sense Interest Project Patch Workshop

Cadette and Senior Girl Scouts can earn most of the requirements to obtain their Horse Sense interest project badge. This 2-day workshop is designed to give girls a chance to increase their horsemanship skills. They will explore vocations like stable management, horse health care, and grooming and training; riding is only on day two. Girls will be responsible for caring for one horse, its stall and equipment for the entire weekend. Limit adults to Safety-Wise ratios. All dates: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
